Job title: Inside Sales ManagerDepartment: SalesReports to: Director of SalesType: Full Time in Office Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (NOT REMOTE)Location: Mayzo Headquarters in Suwanee, GAPosition Summary:Mayzo is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing accounts and supporting sales strategies and activities. In our collaborative, team-oriented environment, this position will work closely with sales, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone and email communication, aligned with regional account plans.Drive revenue growth by expanding product offerings within existing accounts and re-engaging inactive customers.Respond to inbound leads (web, email, and phone) to develop new business and grow existing accounts.Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and identify risks and opportunities.Deliver year-over-year gross profit growth within the assigned territory through:Expansion of existing productsIntroduction of new productsDevelopment of new customer relationshipsGather and analyze customer insights (including end-use applications and future plans) and provide recommendations to support strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
