This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for prospecting, leading discovery, designing solutions, and closing new business opportunities.This role is ideal for a technically fluent seller who is comfortable engaging with business leaders, understanding IT environments, and translating complex solutions into business value. The Account Executive will have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities over time, including mentoring or guiding junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focused on net-new logo acquisitionConduct consultative discovery conversations with SMB clients to uncover IT challenges and business goalsPartner with internal technical teams to design tailored IT and managed service solutionsPresent and position Tech-Keys' full suite of services including managed IT, infrastructure, and consultingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks AIManage sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline within CRM systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboardingContribute to team culture and potentially take on leadership or mentorship responsibilities over timeQualificationsExperience selling managed IT services, IT solutions, or technology services preferredProven ability to generate net-new business and manage a full sales cycleStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience selling into SMB environments across various industries is a plusComfortable working in a hybrid, team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with a competitive, performance-driven mindsetCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 – $120,000Uncapped OTEHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) eligibility after 90 days25 days PTOTeam lunches, competitions, and performance-based incentives10-Year ClubAward-winning culture, recognized as a NJ Top Workplace multiple years running#J-18808-Ljbffr
