Salesforce Developer- USA

Position Overview We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers, 4+ years, to support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and enhancements with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidates will have hands-on development experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the DC Metro area. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions  Work extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.  Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows  Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs  Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutions  Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives  Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support  Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirements  Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing enhancements   Skills and Qualifications 4-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience  Mandatory experience with: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & Service Cloud  Experience with Sales Cloud is highly preferred  Strong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows and Process Automation  Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs  Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets  Experience working on US Federal/Government projects is preferred  Public Trust Clearance required and eligibile to obtain it  Secret Clearance is highly preferred and eligible to obtain it Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are required  Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills  Location- DC Metro Area (Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the DC Metro area)
