Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented, experienced CRNA to join the team atAcadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC)in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy, efficiency, and strong work-life balance within a cohesive, tenured team.
Position Highlights:
Base Salary of $190,000 W2 with earning potential up to$220,000 !
Quarterly retention bonuses
Annual case count bonus
6 Weeks Off
CRNA-only site - enjoy working independently
Endoscopy only : Upper EGD & Colonoscopies
4 sites of service daily and average 45 cases per day
Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM schedule
CRNAs here enjoy an average 35-hour work week
Peel-off system - opportunity to leave early when cases finish.
Qualifications:
Board Certified
Team player looking to join a cohesive, well-established group and ability to practice independently
