We deliver innovative, secure, and scalable technology that powers critical operations worldwide.Who We Are Looking ForOur Operations Team is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to work across departments to ensure day-to-day systems are working properly, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions for progressing the organization. The key to success in this role is through excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills. The Operations Coordinator will manage sales orders, order tracking, replacement and returns, inventory, process documentation, as well as be involved in company-wide launch projects. We believe in best-ever experiences from the inside out - so this means we’re looking for an approachable, optimistic candidate who looks forward to collaborating with co-workers to solve problems.What You’ll DoManage sales and replacement requests & fulfillments processing with our Sales and Support Teams (including checking shipment status and following up on escalated issues and communicating with all parties)Product Launch projects including process and documentation creation. Work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Support, Finance, Product, QE and Engineering to ensure timelines are metProcess and documentation maintenance - technical and process documentation and tracking, identify needs and plan for implementation, creating training plans and delivering to new hires across the organizationAsset Management internally and with the manufacturer, including:Maintain incoming test hardware as part of HW & QE Lab TeamCheck-ins, routing, and troubleshooting issuesReturn case managementManagement of Indianapolis office stockOwning the Refurbished systems depotProcessing shipping and stocking reportsAudits, internally & with manufacturerAsset retirement schedulingReplacement parts management, including holiday stockingDissemination and tracking of distributed Scale HCOS software imagesApprove all manufacturer and logistics-related invoicesCompile sales and shipment metrics and reportingAssist in and compile failure quality analysis reports and coordinate with the manufacturer and Support Team on no-problem found issues reported and root cause analysisMaintain Supported Territories List and research international shippingFacilitate reporting and invoicing processes with OEM partnersWhat You’ll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePositive attitude and growth mindsetTakes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervisionStrong business acumen, technical aptitude, & analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities concurrently, maintaining organization, attention to detail and flexibility within a team environmentAbility to clearly & concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skill sets in person, virtually, or via emailGreat candidates will also:Be proficient in Google SuiteHave experience with CRM tool recommended, specifically Salesforce.comThrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, collaborative environmentEnjoy being a problem solver: Identify problems before they occur, determine solutions, and resolveEnjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analyticallyPassionately creative in mindset, and has the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needsPerks of Scale ComputingHealth benefits start on first of the month following date of hire401(k), FSA, HSACasual dress codeFully stocked kitchenVibrant and Inclusive Workplace AtmospherePaid company holidaysDiscretionary time off policyFlexible work environment and an opportunity to grow as we grow.Scale Computing is a global business with offices around the world, thousands of customers, and countless applications running on our industry-leading platforms.
