Includes managing entire projects or large scopes. timelines while ensuring safety, compliance with standards, and qualityThe primary on-site leader, directing all daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflowDirects labor, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to align with project phases and schedulesImplements and enforces safety protocols (OSHA) and quality standards, conducting briefings and site walks to maintain complianceReads blueprints, interprets technical documents, and manages site grading, utility installations, and overall construction methods on large complex civil projectsActs as the key liaison between field crews, field engineers, and project managers, providing progress updates and addressing concernsSkills, Knowledge & Expertise**Please note--Requirements are essential, but preferences have flexibility. **Requirements:10+ years of experience in the self-perform construction industryUnderground wet and dry utilities experience. You will be supervising installation of storm and sewer with $25 million - $50 million scope of work over three yearsFlexibility to work night shift as required.
