Christian K-12 School Seeking Classroom Aide Esther’s School, Where Miracles Happen In Children's Lives Every Day! Esther’s School is a private, non-denominational Christian, accredited K-12 school with 8 campus locations throughout central Florida. We are growing quickly and are in need of a Classroom Aide. This is a full time position at 30 hours per week. Classroom Aides are responsible for assisting the classroom Teacher in all aspects of the school day. Duties for this position include: Demonstrate a positive, patient attitude in working with children Assist in behavior management Participate in in-service programs, training and professional meetings as requested Work collaboratively with Teacher, Peers, Parents, and other staff to improve services for students Provide a safe classroom environment Assist with cleaning of classroom Other duties as assigned High School diploma or equivalent required. All offers of employment subject to successful completion of a Level II background check and reference check. Candidates must agree with Esther's School's Statement of Faith and exemplify a positive, Christian role model to students, parents and co-workers, both on and off campus.
