Centralized Leasing CoordinatorAt Post Road Management, we believe great leasing starts long before a prospect walks through the door. We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Centralized Leasing Coordinator to join our POST Hub team and help turn incoming leads into scheduled tours, completed applications, and signed leases. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on follow-up, enjoys talking with people, moves with urgency, and loves the challenge of converting interest into action. What You'll DoAs a Centralized Leasing Coordinator, your primary focus will be lead conversion. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective residents and will play a critical role in driving occupancy across our portfolio. In this role, you will: Respond quickly to leasing inquiries from calls, texts, emails, and internet leadsBuild rapport with prospective residents and identify their needsSchedule tours and keep prospects engaged through consistent follow-upAct like an inside sales professional by moving leads through the pipeline with urgency and purposeFollow up on warm leads, missed tours, incomplete applications, and pending approvalsCoordinate closely with on-site teams to ensure a smooth handoff from inquiry to tour to leaseTrack lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion results in company systemsHelp improve leasing performance by identifying missed opportunities and recommending better follow-up practicesMaintain a professional, upbeat, and service-oriented experience for every prospect What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means: More leads contacted quicklyMore tours scheduled and completedMore applications started and finishedHigher conversion from inquiry to leaseFewer missed opportunities due to slow or inconsistent follow-up This is not a passive admin role.
