You'll use various tools and equipment to help manufacture or repair aerospace component parts-training is provided on the job. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.Load/unload parts into chemical milling and furnace systems.Follow detailed instructions (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks.Attend on-the-job training (OJT) sessions.Ensure parts meet traveler specifications.Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.Follow Chromalloy's safety, environmental, and quality procedures.Demonstrate Core Company values ("Three Circles").Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Able to read, write, and understand English (FAA requirement).Experience using hand tools and industrial/machinery equipment (preferred).Background in aerospace, construction, or manufacturing (preferred).Must have good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.ZR
