Baker We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Baker to join our team at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent baking skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of various baking techniques. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes. Follow and develop recipes to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Monitor ingredients and supplies, and manage inventory as needed. Ensure all baked goods are prepared and presented according to our standards. Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of baking techniques and methods. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
