Information Security Analyst

This role demands a strategic thinker with comprehensive knowledge of information security practices and a proven track record of executing and maintaining security operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience. Required QualificationsExperience: 5-10 years of IT security experience ideally within the banking industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements affecting the banking sector. FIDC, NIST etc. Technical Expertise:Proven experience in network security, backup solutions, patch management, and IT risk assessments.Hands-on experience with security tools like firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and antivirus systems.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Languages: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory given global team component.
