The firm has a strong track record of delivering high-quality, design-led projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, with a focus on creating best-in-class environments that drive long-term value.RoleThe Design Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the design process across multiple projects, with a particular focus on design development and delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination across architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring projects are design-led, commercially viable, and delivered to the highest standard.Lead and manage the design process from concept through construction documentation and delivery Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design excellence and technical alignmentReview and refine design packages, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and investment strategyOversee value engineering initiatives without compromising design integrityCollaborate closely with development and construction teams to ensure smooth project executionSupport planning, entitlements, and regulatory approvals where requiredMonitor design progress, mitigating risks and driving timely decision-makingMaintain a consistent design standard across multiple projects within the portfolioThis role offers a unique opportunity to sit on the owner/operator side, working closely with senior leadership, development, and investment teams to shape projects from early-stage design through delivery.CandidateThis role requires a candidate with a minimum of five years’ experience in design or design management, capable of operating confidently with external consultants while aligning design outcomes with commercial and investment objectives.Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, architecture, or design managementPrevious experience working with developers, private equity platforms, or institutional owners preferredStrong understanding of design development, documentation, and construction processesExperience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projectsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownershipStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsTo apply for the role, follow the Linkedin application process.
