We are on the lookout for a passionate New Business Sales Executive to drive growth and build relationships with new customers in the Southwest U.S. territory. If you excel in pursuing new business opportunities and have a history of surpassing sales targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities New Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting. Consult on Customer Needs: Understand calibration requirements and future service needs, positioning Tektronix as the partner of choice. Tailored Proposals: Develop customized solutions based on client requirements and service options. Negotiate Deals: Present pricing, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that benefit both the customer and Tektronix. Long-Term Relationships: Propose multi-year contracts and highlight the advantages of establishing lasting partnerships. Sales Pipeline Management: Keep precise records of opportunities and activities in our CRM system to ensure accountability. Lead Conversion: Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing efforts into business opportunities. Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate Tektronix's solutions and unique benefits to prospective clients. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue quotas regularly. Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to boost your product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications Must Haves Proven sales experience in a B2B environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to consistently exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. Nice to Haves Experience in the eT&M industry or similar fields. Advanced analytical skills for spotting market trends. Proficiency with CRM or sales tools for managing client relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
