Position: Data Product ManagerLocation: Richardson, TX - hybridDuration: 12 monthsResponsibilities:Product Leadership & StrategyDefine and drive the Client 360 product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmapEstablish a scalable, enterprise-grade client data foundationIdentify and prioritize high-value use cases (reporting, analytics, automation, AI/ML)Define KPIs, success metrics, and product SLAsCross-Functional LeadershipSales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, OperationsData Engineering, Architecture, Governance, and Analytics teamsInfluence decision-making at the leadership levelData Architecture & Engineering CollaborationScalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)Modern data architectures (lakehouse, warehouse)Real-time and batch processing capabilitiesEnsure alignment with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)Standard definitions, taxonomies, and metadataData lineage, stewardship, and ownershipPartner with teams on AI/ML-driven use cases (e.g., client growth, churn, opportunity identification)Lead Agile delivery (backlog prioritization, sprint planning, releases)Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Business, or related field8+ years of experience in:Data Product Management / Product Management / Data & AnalyticsProven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms or Client/Customer 360 solutionsStrong understanding of:Data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed data systemsETL/ELT pipelines and integration patternsSQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
