Together, let’s ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.As a Cryptologic Cyber Planner on our team, you will: develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for organizational needs. Planners must address how to leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools, and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.Requirements:Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph requiredA high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of experience.Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptableRelevant experience must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations)External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Analyze emerging operational and functional requirements to support the formulationDevelopment and assessment of doctrine, strategy, plans, concepts of operations, and tactics, techniques, and proceduresConduct technical analyses and provide assessment reports to the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities and trainingPerform assessments of cyber warfighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologiesInstitute and document formal planning processes to analyze assigned missions for capability gaps in cyberspace operations capabilities and recommend solutionsProvide special intelligence program analysis, crisis action operational planning and training support to special technical operationsExecute in-depth join targeting and cyber planning processesRequirementsANS offers excellent compensation along with a generous benefits package to include:Family Medical, Dental (w/ adult orthodontia) and Vision coveragePet Discount ProgramPTO (Paid Time Off)Maternity/ Paternity LeaveSupplemental Military Leave Pay11 Paid Holidays401(k) plan with 6% Company ContributionGenerous Professional Development Program100% Employer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability100% Employer paid Life InsuranceSupplemental Whole Life InsuranceLucrative Referral Bonus ProgramAnnual Allowance for ANS SwagPotential for Paid OvertimeFlexible Work SchedulesAs required by local law, Applied Network Solutions, Inc. provides reasonable salary ranges of compensation for work performed in applicable states. Ranges are not a guarantee of compensation and depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to contractual requirements, work location, years of experience, skill set, and education.
