We prioritize safety, efficiency, and sustainability in all our operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Technician based in Longmont, CO. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system malfunctions, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations. The role may also involve maintaining records and collaborating with other maintenance staff to meet facility needs. Qualifications Proficiency in HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of refrigeration systems and ventilation systemsKnowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to HVAC systemsEffective problem-solving and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsRelevant certifications such as EPA Section 608 Certification are preferredPrevious experience in a facility maintenance or similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC systems is highly desirable
