Sophisticated New York real estate finance platform seeking an execution-focused attorney with strong lender-side commercial mortgage experience.The role is highly hands-on and involves managing multiple transactions concurrently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with direct client exposure and meaningful ownership of deals.Seeking attorneys with experience handling:• Commercial mortgage lending• Bridge and mezzanine financing• CMBS and structured real estate finance transactions• Construction lending• Loan negotiations and closings from origination through executionIdeal candidates are currently practicing within a lender-side real estate finance group at a law firm and are comfortable operating independently with minimal layering or supervision.This is not a training role and not a siloed support position.NYC hybrid.
