Investment Analyst

We are seeking to add an entry-level position to our team. ResponsibilitiesEvaluate opportunities through extensive research and primary diligence.Perform detailed market analyses and draft investment memorandums.Source investment opportunities through outreach, attending conferences, meetings, etc.Review legal deal documentation and assist in the deal-making process, including working with lawyers, accountants, and consultants.Assist with other matters relating to the fund including investor relations, marketing, and operations.  Required ExperienceUp to 2 years of experience from either investment banking, consulting, equity research, buy-side investing, or healthcare corporate / research.Healthcare exposure in work or education preferred.Bachelor's degree with top gradesData-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curiousStrong project management, organizational skills, and process managementAbility to work in a collaborative environment with other members of the team and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment More DetailsFull-timeSmall-team, entrepreneurial environmentOffice is based in Summit, New Jersey areaHybrid work with 1 day/week in-person
