Senior Accountant

Looking to hire ASAP!Compensation & Benefits$70K – $80K salary (or $35–$38.50/hour)Outstanding benefits package, including:Employer-funded pension (6% contribution)Health insurance largely coveredGenerous PTOHybrid schedule (onsite first 2–3 months, then 3 days/week onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAPSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPerform detailed reconciliations (cash, prepaid, intercompany, etc.)Assist with audit and tax support (including 1099s and related filings)Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesPrepare financial reports and perform ad hoc analysis using ExcelPartner with internal teams and support ongoing process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)5+ years of accounting experienceStrong general ledger and month-end close experienceExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)Strong attention to detail and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and organizational skills
