Data Analyst The purpose of this role is data analysis/guided deliverable development in support of assessment/strategic deliverables.Location: IndiaKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Statistics4-6 or more years of experience working with Web Analytics, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Tag Management Platforms, Visualization Platforms, Google BigQueryHands-on experience managing large digital marketing data sets to deriving insightsHands on experience on CRO tools such as VWO, Dynamic YieldLimited working experience with scripting languages like R, Python, etcMust have a clear understanding of Google Marketing Platform, and how to leverage the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clientsStrong analytical, visual thinking and communication with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data and develop actionable recommendationsAbility to clearly communicate processes, strategies and requirements to internal and external stakeholdersAble to manage projects and delegate work seamlessly amongst the team members, to ensure that all deliverables are as per the standards within the given timelinesRoles & Responsibilities:Lead and own the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data and make recommendations based on analysis resultsAbility to recommend the right tests on CRO platforms leveraging the insights from the analytics platformsPerform root cause analysis on complex data anomalies and working closely data stewards to define best practiceAnalyze data and generate insights in form of revenue/growth prediction, trends and anomalies, customer segmentation, pathing analysis and moreFacilitate review sessions with management, business users and other team membersWork closely with the project management teams to drive delivery and engagementDrive performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to impact overall business resultsProvide support and mentorship to the team members, ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks and upskill othersFind opportunities to cross-sell other services, including data analysis, attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, etcWhat will make you stand out?Your ability to simplify data and tell a storyKnowledge of Digital Marketing and/or Marketing AnalyticsKnowledge of Google Analytics 360 and CRO platforms and BigQueryExperience working with Google Marketing Platform & CRO platformsExperience working with Visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, Data Studio etcExperience with the CRO tools such as VWO, Dynamic Yield etc.Functional competency required:SQL, R and Python (recommended)Google/Adobe Analytics, CRO/Personalization Platforms Tag Management, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Google BigQuery (recommended)Location: India- Karnataka - Bengaluru- RemoteBrand: Happy MarketerTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
