We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle unassigned, Over-the-Road FedEx Ground runs from the Cedar Rapids area safely and efficiently! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable) Perform daily pre-trip/ post-trip and safety inspections on equipment Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight! Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required TERMINAL: 1035 Commerce Pk Dr SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Job Requirements: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years Must be able to pass a background check. Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years. Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test Wage Range: 2000.00 - 4000.00 per week General Description of Benefits: Pay: $0.80 CPM Paid Time off
