Hidden Gems ABA - Hidden Gems ABA is a growing ABA therapy company. The BT will work as part of a team to support the needs of children with autism to learn, communicate, and cope.Behavior Technician (BT) Schedule:Monday to Friday (weekend availability is an option)Location: Union City, NJBehavior Technician (BT)Responsibilities:Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism in a variety of settingsCollect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using electronic data collection (CentralReach)Follow prescribed interventions as outlined by supervising staffEffectively communicate with parents and other stakeholders regarding case dynamicsMaintain client confidentiality and high level of professionalism in all settingsMaintain records, materials, and instructional tools across settings in an organized fashionAdhere to designated schedule with appropriate punctualityAttend team meetings and trainings when necessaryBehavior Technician (BT) Qualifications:Experience working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disordersComfortable using electronic data collection and note writing technology (CentralReach)Employment is contingent on passing a background check and negative TB testAt Hidden Gems ABA we care deeply about each child.
