Role: Java Developer with AWS
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Overview
The Telemetry Team is responsible for designing and developing real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics systems that capture vehicle telemetry data at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring BootBuild and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWSWork on real-time data streaming and telemetry ingestion pipelines
- Integrate services with AWS components such as Lambda, S3, Kinesis, EC2, and DynamoDBEnsure high availability, scalability, and performance of distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams
Required Skills:
- Strong Java / Spring Boot development experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Kinesis, Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming data
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
