SERVEONE values collaboration and excellence, making it a dynamic environment for both clients and employees.Role Description​The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:•Working with US Customs to facilitate SERVEONE's imports and exports•Assisting various departments with Harmonized Tariff Code information for products•Handling Customs scheduling and related documentation, and monthly Customs settlements•Ensuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions•Communicating with various departments on upcoming regulatory changes•Completing various other tasks, as needed that might include free trade agreements, duty drawback Initiatives, internal audit functions, and transaction reviews•Communicating with various external parties such as forwarders, overseas vendors, customers, carriers, and shipping companies to prepare and coordinate logistics•Supporting administrative tasksQualifications•1~3 years of experience in import, Customs, or logistics work experience•Knowledge of Canada Customs regulations, including areas such as classification, valuation, free trade agreements, special Customs programs •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, complex environment•Adept at adjusting communication style, and/or level of detail and complexity of the content based on the needs of clients•Continuous Improvement Focus; ability to articulate a problem and identify the root cause.•Strong attention to detail to comply with company policies and Canada Customs Regulations.•Strong grasp of MS Office•Korean English Bilingual ​The following skills and qualifications are preferred for this position:•Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations, or equivalent preferred•Licensed customs broker and/or certified customs specialist•Experience with the ACE Portal is preferred.
