This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop their career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation matters• Prepare and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and related parties• Draft and respond to discovery in a timely and thorough manner• Conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as needed• Represent clients in hearings, motions, and other court proceedingsQualifications• 0–3 years of workers’ compensation or related litigation experience• Active and in good standing Georgia Bar license (required)• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedWhy Join Bader LawBader Law is committed to fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and integrity.
