Performance Engineer
Role: Performance Engineer Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract W2Skill matrix Hands on with following:
- Performance Requirements Analysis
- Capacity/Infra Planning
- Bottleneck Identification, Performance Profiling and RCA
- CI/CD Build automation
- Load/Stress/Scalability/Endurance
- Tooling: Execute tests using frameworks like Apache JMeter, Gatling
- Application and Db Monitoring, Observability & Fine-TuningKey Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong experience in performance testing, engineering, and test strategy.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
Experience in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Proficiency in analyzing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and performing root cause analysis.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, performance tuning, and API testing.
Experience with scripting, automation, and CI/CD integration is preferred.
