Litigation paralegal - Fully Remote

Litigation Paralegal (California – Remote) : $85,000 – $120,000 (hourly, depending on experience)One of our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced practice. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can take ownership of cases and operate with minimal supervision.Paralegal's may reside in any state, provided you are flexible with working hours to meet client needs and ensure coverage across time zones.Key Requirements5+ years of California civil litigation experience (employment law preferred, not required)Strong drafting experience, including motions, mediation briefs, and discoveryAbility to hit the ground running with minimal oversightProject-manager mindset with strong organization and deadline managementThis is not a legal secretary roleBachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferredPrior remote work experience strongly preferredCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $85,000 – $120,000 (hourly, depending on experience)PTO: 10 days annuallySick Leave: 6 days per yearHolidays: 10 paid holidays If you are interested and would like to learn more about the role, please email me at amy.williams@precisesoftinc.com
