Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM / 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Job Summary: We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our production team! This role includes assembling, inspecting, and packaging bedding products while meeting quality and production goals. Responsibilities: Assemble bedding & foam components Package mattresses, pillows & accessories Inspect products for quality Label, wrap & prepare items for shipment Follow production schedules & safety standards Qualifications: Attention to detail & strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions Basic math skills (measuring/counting) Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements: Lift 50–80 lbs regularly Standing, bending, pushing & pulling #LSM125 Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
