A services organization in New York City is currently a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, for a promisingopportunity at one of their facilities in Manhattan. About the Opportunity: Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days clinical; 1day telehealth/admin) Hours: Standard business Setting: Clinic Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities: The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for: Performhistory and physical assessments, as indicated Provideservices in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice Developa plan of treatment/care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visits Makereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient Communicatewith other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and/or through documentation in the medical record Maintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Vermont Board Certified / Eligible in Family and/or InternalMedicine Experience working with the Adult population Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal) Your privacy is important to us.
