Overview Lead hands-on Java/J2EE development to design, build, and optimize scalable microservices within a global delivery context. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Java 11, Spring Boot, REST services, and data stores while driving code quality, performance, and deployment automation. This role blends coding, design reviews, and mentorship to improve product quality and delivery velocity. You will shape technical direction and standards in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
