What You'll Be Doing: Perform detailed electromechanical assembly of Class II medical devices, including optical sub-systems, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and mechanical components Follow detailed assembly procedures, work instructions, schematics, and drawings with high attention to detail Conduct functional tests and diagnostics using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and custom test setups to verify performance Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, implement rework, and support design changes Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA manufacturing standards Accurately document build steps, test results, and material traceability in ERP and DHR systems Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities Maintain cleanroom or controlled-environment procedures when required
