Position: Salesforce Lead DeveloperExperience: 10+ YearsFulltime roleJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, deployment tools, and code quality practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Develop scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable components.Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.Configure and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.Perform Salesforce administration activities including security setup, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, and reports.Ensure code quality using PMD and Salesforce best practices.Manage deployments and version control using GitHub and Flosum.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams for requirement analysis and solution delivery.Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in:Lightning Web Components (LWC)Apex Classes & TriggersSalesforce FlowsSOQL/SOSLSalesforce IntegrationsSalesforce AdministrationPMD ToolSalesforce Cloud ExpertiseFinancial Services Cloud (preferred)Sales CloudService CloudDeployment & Version ControlGitHubFlosumRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
