Job Description Temp to HireSchedule : 9-6, 6 days a week, SaturdaysLocation:Wellington, FL 33411Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418Pay: $26/hrFloats between two luxury rental apartment communities, both 350 units, in West Palm Beach, Florida.Some of the things you'll be working on include:Setting leasing and marketing strategy for the property.Resident communications to ensure the highest satisfaction during the application and renewal process.Touring apartments with prospects and adhering to thorough follow-up procedures.Leasing and pre-leasing apartments.Completing applications and lease/renewal documents.Reviewing vacancies, walking tour paths, and maintaining model apartments.Assisting management with resident relations.Making and maintaining relationships with industry partners and brokers.Maintaining weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys.Analyzing the market, competition, and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and risks.Recommending and tracking marketing avenues, overseeing marketing campaigns, and monitoring traffic results.Updating the website and marketing sites proactively and as needed.Qualifications3+ years of residential leasing and 2 years minimum of leasing management in a luxury residential environment.Possession of an active real estate salesperson license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.Knowledge of rent stabilization laws.Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.A strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines.Working knowledge of social media and communication technology platforms.A big plus: Yardi and On-site experience....Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
