The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Pinpoint, Python development, and AWS data services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AWS serverless and cloud-native solutions.Build and manage outbound voice calling solutions using Amazon Connect.Design and implement IVR contact flow solutions.Develop and manage Amazon Pinpoint campaigns and customer journey workflows.Implement and support Kinesis event streaming integrations.Develop production-grade applications and automation using Python.Integrate serverless applications with AWS DynamoDB and Aurora PostgreSQL databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with AWS serverless architectures and cloud-native technologies.Hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Pinpoint.Experience in:Outbound voice callingIVR contact flow designCustomer engagement campaigns and journeysKinesis event streamingProficiency in Python with experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.Experience working with AWS DynamoDB and Aurora PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of data integration within serverless environments.
