We strive to foster resilience and promote well-being through culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions. We are seeking licensed clinicians LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT! We welcome therapist with specialties and additional certifications. **Required Qualifications:** · Master's degree, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or DSW/PhD in Social Work, or PsyD from an accredited institution. **Must hold an active license in the state of Illinois.** · Valid active IL Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC). **Responsibilities:** · Maintain a minimum caseload of 12-15 clients weekly. · Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, issues, and treatment goals. · Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. · Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a range of mental health concerns · Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients · Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with ethical guidelines. · Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed client records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations (48-Hour turnaround). · Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. · Participate in ongoing professional development and training. · Reliable internet connection and private workspace for conducting remote sessions. **Experience:** · Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within the BIPOC community. · Strong understanding of cultural competence and its application in therapy. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and manage a part-time remote schedule. · Proficiency in evidenced-based practices including trauma-informed care · Competence in psychotherapy systems · Skill in conducting therapuetic interventions What We Offer: · Competitive compensation. · Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule. · Opportunities for professional growth and development. · Supportive and inclusive work environment. · Clinical supervision **How to Apply:** If you are passionate about making a difference in the BIPOC community and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
