The project involves enhancing and rebuilding functionality within ServiceNow's CSM module, including workspaces built using UI Builder.Must-Have Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperStrong experience customizing ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) – MUST HAVEProven experience building Service Catalogs, forms, and workflowsStrong JavaScript development experience – MUST HAVEDeep experience with UI Builder (UIB) and configurable workspaces – MUST HAVEExperience working with the latest ServiceNow releases (preferably Zurich)Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) moduleBuild and configure Service Catalogs, forms, and workflowsDevelop and customize UI Builder (UIB) workspaces and configurable workspacesImplement and maintain business logic using JavaScriptDesign and configure workflows using Flow DesignerImplement and support Playbooks within CSMSupport migration activities from legacy FEP Hub to ServiceNow (Zurich release)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure platform best practices and maintain high-quality development standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience with PlaybooksStrong hands-on experience with Flow DesignerServiceNow CSM Certification – Nice to haveServiceNow System Administrator Certification – Nice to haveLumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
