Project Coordinator Na StoresLocation: Beaverton, OR- HybridDuration: 06+ MonthsAccountabilities:Serve as the singular source (source of record) for all workstreams and timelines for new/remodeled **** Stores, and Pop Ups/Activations, for NA *** Brand.Align with key stakeholders (client Brand and ****** teammates) to acquire and disseminate critical tasks and requirements to keep client Brand workstreams on trackImplement Airtable or similar platform to build a definitive tool that clearly identifies key gates/dates and workstreams for all projectsRegularly publish tracking documents with the right content and details to be easily digestible for leadership and other key stakeholdersExperience/Skills:Extensive experience serving as a project manager for brick & mortar retail projects - national brands preferredHigh attention to detail to drive comprehensive understanding & completion of all retail projectsStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to understand and convey opportunities and challenges to stakeholdersExperience utilizing Project Management Platforms or tools, including Airtable, Excel, etc.PMP certification preferredDeliverables:Stores Project Tracker inclusive of Construction, fixture, product, and delivery dates/gates. Published WeeklyPop-Up Project Tracker - inclusive of business and Brand dates/gates. Published WeeklyProvide Inputs into broader client tracking mechanisms
