This role supports company goals by ensuring that components are correctly assembled to meet quality and delivery standards. Key functions include learning and following work instructions, reading drawing, performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting a clean and safe work environment.Essential Functions:Assemble electronic and mechanical components using standard work instructions.Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstationFollow all safety guidelines and report hazards or near misses.Accurately record time, material usage, and issues in Epicor and VKS.Perform basic troubleshooting with limited assistance.Perform tasks with limited autonomy; relies on guidance from leads and supervisors.No direct decision-making authority follows established procedures and work instructions.May assist with team-based builds or small projects.Epicor, VKS, Microsoft Teams, Email, IMHand tools, barcode scanners, multimetersIntranet, SOPs, and company training systems (CABEM)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical assembly processesUnderstanding of company policies and safety practicesFamiliarity with IPC-610/620 standards (through certification)Time tracking in EpicorBasic computer navigation and use of VKSEffective verbal communication with teamAbility to follow work instructions accuratelyAbility to work independently on simple tasks and within a team settingAbility to accept feedback and learn continuouslyRequired Qualification:Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a \"protected person\")Working Conditions:Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment with consistent exposure to the manufacturing floor and testing environments.
