Duties: - Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. - Utilize hand tools and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues. - Provide technical support for both hardware and software problems. - Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and other operating systems to troubleshoot issues. - Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions. - Proficient in soldering techniques for component-level repairs. - Perform field service visits to address on-site repair needs.
