Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Generalist based in Las Vegas, NV. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR functions including policy implementation, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR management activities. Additionally, the individual will provide guidance on best practices, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR ManagementThorough understanding of HR Policies and employment law complianceExperience with Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plusExperience in an HR role within a similar setting is preferred
