Internal Audit

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Internal Audit to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $50 per hour. Job Duties: Plan and execute scheduled audits Conduct risk-based operational audits Assess the overall efficiency and efficacy of internal controls and risk areas, ensuring alignment with relevant process standards Formulate, refine, and document Internal Audit policies and procedures Create and submit the Internal Audit Charter and Audit Plan to Management for approval Coordinate and execute special audits, investigations, and ad-hoc projects Requirements: Outstanding interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Proven experience in effectively presenting and defending working results Team-oriented mindset coupled with a creative and structured work approach Adaptability to new processes Analytical and interpretive problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook REF47310#LI-POST ZR
