Title: CMM Programmers (full time onsite)Location: (full time onsite ; send home 1x/month 4-5 days if they want; travel and hotel will be paid) $385/week for Meal Allowance; CMM-needs to be recent experience.Duration: 6+ Months ContractHuntsville, Alabama 6 months LOA.Needs CMM programmers with SW PC-DMIS; Orlando FL- 6 months.Most employees are travelling to different projects; Don't have to be in Orlando, can live anywhere and be willing to travel;6 needed in Huntsville,; AL-PC-DMIS; 6 monthsfull time onsite ; send home 1x/month 4-5 days if they want.Job Description:CMM-using Hexagon - not critical- Catia - not required; MUST HAVE- PC-DMIS- Need to know how to program.at least 2 years of PC-DMIS; CMM-needs to be recent experience.MUST HAVE-PC-DMIS; Able to travel to Florida- commit to supporting for 6 months.ITAR- ; D&BG check clearance; Industry experience- doesn't matter- often aerospace.Job DescriptionDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain CMM ProgramImport models (Catia, etc.) into PC-DMIS software for inspectionAdvanced math skills (Algebra, Trigonometry, GD&T Math)Perform dimensional inspection layouts using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), height gages, calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc...Assure pieces are within specified geometric tolerances required and are in compliance with engineered drawings and company specificationsHelp identify causes of rejects and follow-through for corrective actionCommunicate with Customers, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering in verbal and written form, and document inspection results in required formatRead and understanding blueprints and part drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerance methods (GD&T.)Possess knowledge and understanding of tooling, gauges, specifications, and machining processes and techniques.Procedure and standards developmentProvide time estimates for part inspectionIdentify any fixture requirements for part inspectionRegards,Arman Malik,,mailto:
