Job DutiesStart Date: 04/01/2026End Date: 11/30/2026Work 70 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00A.M - 8:00P.M and Saturday 7:00A.M - 6:00P.MMust Apply By: 08/01/2026Job Duties: We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, bean, beets and carrot crop production. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, sprayers, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting activities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, install, maintain and repair pivot irrigation systems, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, or transfer augers, manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery, observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions, attach equipment extensions or accessories, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, complete maintenance and repairs on irrigation equipment, record agricultural data, drive pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures.Minimum Education RequiredNo High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum Experience RequiredRequires 3 months farm experience.Must have a regular driver's license.ShiftFirst (Day)Number of Openings1Public Transportation AccessibleNoVeterans Encouraged to ApplyYesPhysical RequiredNoDrug Test RequiredNoCompensation$19.33 / HourlyAdditional CompensationThe employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
