[Entry Level] Outside Sales & Service Rep

Being on the front lines means representing Boss and bringing the highest quality service to the front door of each of our customers with our B2B approach (Commercial Business Only - No Residential). In the field generating sales, connecting with clients, and ensuring fire protection equipments are maintained and in compliance. This role offers a blend of sales, technical work, and customer service. No experience? No problem. We provide all the training and certification needed to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities: Engage in B2B Sales and Cold Calling: Commercial and business clients only, no residential. CRM Utilization: Learn and manage our custom CRM system. Training Program: Complete our comprehensive training and pass the practice exam within 45 days. Training bonus upon completion of 2 week hands-on immersive training program. Certification: Achieve State Fire Marshal certification within 45 days of start Re-servicing: Provide ongoing service and maintenance for existing clients Requirements: Must be 18+ (for state licensing) Valid driver's license BCI Background check (for state licensing, no felonies) Ability to complete in-person training at our Midvale office and commute there twice weekly after certification Other Perks & Benefits: Competitive Weekly Pay ($550 - $1,200) Training bonus upon program completion (
