Cadre Labs focuses on efficient, scalable operations so partners can rely on streamlined fulfillment, consistent turnaround times, and dependable support for personalized, proactive care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacy Technician role based in Nashville, TN. The Pharmacy Technician will support daily compounding pharmacy operations, including receiving and processing prescriptions, preparing and labeling medications under pharmacist supervision, and ensuring accuracy in all dispensed products. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, rotating stock, checking for expired products, and assisting with ordering and restocking supplies. The role also involves communicating with patients, clinicians, and partner organizations to address questions, clarify prescription information, and provide a professional, empathetic customer experience. The Pharmacy Technician will follow all relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols, including those related to sterile and non-sterile compounding, documentation, and regulatory compliance.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to accurately process prescriptions and interpret provider orders in a compounding or retail pharmacy setting.Experience working in a pharmacy environment, with familiarity in pharmacy workflows, dispensing systems, and regulatory requirements.Background as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with current state registration or licensure as required in Tennessee.Skills in inventory control, including stock management, ordering, and monitoring for expiration and compliance with storage standards.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, clinicians, and internal teams.High attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality in all tasks.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and follow aseptic and safety procedures where applicable.Prior experience in sterile or non-sterile compounding is preferred; certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is a plus.
