As a Low Observables/Survivability Engineer at Lockheed Martin in Orlando, you will develop and validate LO components and vehicles to enhance survivability and stealth capabilities. ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze vehicle signature predictions using Unix-based tools and custom scriptsDevelop, test, and maintain signature-prediction software across C++, C#, Java, Fortran, MATLAB, and PythonResearch, design, and model electromagnetic metamaterials; fabricate prototypes and perform testsPlan and execute lab measurements on material coupons for physical, electrical, and environmental propertiesLead the acquisition, processing, and reporting of lab and vehicle signature resultsUtilize CAD for model cleanup, meshing, and simulation prepSupport production tasks and failure-analysis investigations as neededCoordinate with ESH and procurement for material purchasing, handling, and compliance
