Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team!Pay: $95-135K per yearResponsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeoutAllocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project scheduleSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the projectInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely servicesMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree, certification, or extensive previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projectsStrong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, & Scheduling softwareStrong leadership qualities & negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedSafety minded and OSHA 10/30 certifiedA detailed job description will be available and discussed if interviewed.Powered by JazzHRkeLlia9EFY
