Vice President, Clinical DevelopmentUS (Hybrid or Remote)Well-funded, emerging biotech company seeking a strategic and hands-on clinical development leader to guide programs across the US and Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, this physician executive will drive clinical strategy, protocol development, and execution of global clinical studies from early through late-stage development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical development strategy, study design, and endpoint planningOversee execution of clinical trials across US/EU regionsPartner cross-functionally with Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, Translational Sciences, and CMCSupport regulatory interactions with FDA and EMAProvide leadership to CROs, investigators, and internal development teamsBuild strong relationships with KOLs and external scientific partnersQualificationsMD or MD/PhD required12+ years of biotech/pharma clinical development experienceProven leadership across Phase 1–3 programsExperience with FDA/EMA interactions and global trialsNeuroscience or neurodegenerative disease experience preferredThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environmentThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected leadership team and play a visible role shaping the future of a growing clinical-stage organization.
