ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Technical Program Managers to ensure alignment with standards and timely deliveryCollaborate with Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Program Management, Automation, and Engineers to create and update architectural, integration, and user guidesCollect and analyze technical and product information to document changes and new functionalitiesDevelop resources beyond documentation, including videos, demos, and knowledge transfersProduce and review technical content for varied audiencesEstablish documentation standards and maintain a library of application documentationPublish templates to streamline content creationIncorporate customer feedback to improve usability of documentationIntegrate use case and functional data into user documentation
