I3 Academy Cybersecurity Student InternThe Student Technology Assistant position is a paid, short-term opportunity designed for i3 High School students to gain supervised, hands-on experience supporting school technology operations. This role helps students develop workplace skills while assisting staff with basic technology needs across the school environment.Position OverviewStudent Technology Assistants will work under the direct supervision of school or district technology staff. Students will assist with routine, entry-level technology tasks and support the smooth operation of school-based devices and systems.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesStudent Technology Assistants may be responsible for:Supporting device preparation and imaging for student and staff useAssisting with patch management support to ensure devices are updated and secureConducting account reviews and access audits under supervisionUpdating and maintaining accurate technology inventory recordsEligibility RequirementsMust be a currently enrolled i3 High School studentMust be able to follow directions and work under supervisionMust maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and district informationAttendance ExpectationsThis position requires reliable attendance for all 34 working days of the contract period. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential components of job performance and continued participation.
